Owl's Eye offers a unique program of web site hosting and marketing for the price of hosting alone.  Our hosting includes monthly submissions to search engines, plus WebTrends access reports, plus an account exec to help with marketing suggestions.

We also have a great affiliate program.  It is simple, with good incentives, regular payouts, and no hidden fees.  Here's how it works:

• We pay affiliates 100% of the first three month's hosting fees.
• We pay monthly, at the end of the month (we have a 30-day refund policy).

We bill our clients quarterly.  The minimum quarterly bill is $59.85.  This pays out to affiliates three monthly payments of $19.95 each.

Here are the rules:

1) We will pay a commission on all hosting accounts signed up through you using your affiliate link.

2) Commission checks will be issued in US dollars. Commission notifications and checks will be issued approximately on the last day of every month for the whole of the previous month's total orders.

3) We provide instant commission reporting via your private Affiliate Control Panel. This means that commission pages are updated at the same time we complete the processing of orders.

4) There is no charge to become an affiliate, and no processing fees or other fees are withheld from your commission.

5) We offer all customers a 30 day money back guarantee on our hosting accounts. Therefore, if a customer is issued a refund then this amount will be removed from your commission.

6) You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes.

6) Affiliates may not be resellers, and may not make self-referrals for a commission.

7) We will not tolerate spamming of any kind. The website URL provided to you may be used to promote our services anywhere you see fit, but the use of unsolicited email, bulk email, or posting to newsgroups that don't allow advertising, or postings that are in breach of Usenet rules, will be considered as spamming. Any affiliate who spams using our name or web address (URL) will have their affiliate account cancelled immediately and any commissions due will be forfeited. Spamming causes damage to reputations and Internet accounts, so please don't do it. If you plan to promote or advertise our service and you are unsure if your promotion methods would be considered as spam, please ask us in advance.

8) We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time.
